Does My Kid Really Have Crohn's

I have been looking for information about Crohn’s disease in children because my youngest boy Walter Joseph has been acting unusually lazy of late. He went on the internet and decided that he has this stuff, but I do not remember sending him through Medical School and if I did he can start paying rent. Truth is I hope the little bugger is faking it and I would not put it past him, but I suppose only a real doctor can tell the difference. I have not actually seen the diarrhea or felt the headaches and the fact that he does not want to do a darned thing is hardly unusual in my experience. Wally Joe is a bit too clever when it comes to getting out of his chores and did not like it all when his brother left for the army and he got more responsibility for taking care of the cows and the farm.
